Social Compliance

Your goods are made in work shops that have passed their exams when it comes to fair treatment for the workers and compliance of safety standards. Our workshops are Sedex, WRAP or BSCI certified.

Creative Services

You will be guaranteed to receive good input during the creative process. Our creative support includes review of design details, brushing up artwork, material suggestions, and size chart adjustments.

Sampling

Depending on client requirements we provide proto samples, pre-production samples, Shipment samples & photo samples.  All samples are carefully reviewed internally before sending.

Testing

Each material will get an internal risk analysis. Common tests we do are: seam slippage, pilling, cross-staining, colour fastness, shrinkage, harmful substances and consumer wash.

Customer support

We are available by phone, Skype, Slack, WhatsApp and email for any questions you may have about your orders. Fluent English speaking staff will help you till everything is solved. Our team is ready to help you any time.

Sourcing

Whether it’s fabrics, print patterns or trims, we will provide plenty of input based on your sourcing requests. We have all the resources available to get you everything you need.

Quality Control

Goods are all carefully checked by our QC team before being packed and shipped out. Loose threads are trimmed, defected items are repaired or removed, and shortages are replenished.

Confidentiality

Your designs are your designs and not your competitor’s. Your product will not be shown to any of our other clients, and we have strict rules against use of our client’s designs by third parties.

FAQ

Are our designs safe with you?

Your designs are 100% safe with us. As part of our ‘code of conduct’ your designs will not be shared with anyone that isn’t involved with the manufacturing of your product.

What kind of testing do you do?

As part of our manufacturing services, each product gets a risk analysis and a testing menu is made based on product and fabric characteristics. Common tests we do are home laundering, colour fastness, shrinkage, anti-pilling, and seam strength. Other tests can be done on request at additional costs.

How long does it take to source a fabric?

We dedicate a lot of time and resources to the sourcing of materials. Most well known materials can be sourced in a matter of days. Some more new & exclusive fabrics can take bit longer because we need to check with more than one fabric supplier in different parts of the country. In rare cases the fabric you want might not be available and it will need to be custom developed for you. That means the fabric mill will need to make a trail yardage for you. This is usually only in rare cases where nothing similar at all is available.

Do you provide salesman samples?

While we don’t often make salesman samples, we understand that some brands require them as part of their selling format. For brands which have been established on the market for a long time and can easily meet all the minimums, this is a service we would like to try and offer. For new brands which aren’t established yet we can only offer salesman samples if it’s combined with a confirmed purchase order that meets the MOQ.

Can you make tech packs?

Because the making of the tech pack is part of the creative process, We think it’s not really appropriate for the clothing supplier to make. It takes too much control of the creative process and this is best to be done by the brand’s own design team. What we can do is work with our clients together to make the tech packs as clear and detailed as possible so that the samples & quotes all come out as expected.

How can I get a quote?

After we have all the details we need from you such as your tech pack and quality reference materials we will need about 4-5 days to give you an idea of the costing. The costing will be confirmed after sampling which takes another 1-2 weeks after quotations.

Which brands do you work with?

We work with a lot of luxury brands that prefer us to be discrete when it comes to their brand name and products. We know it’s common sight for suppliers to put their web sites and catalogs full of brand logos. This is often strongly exaggerated and many brands don’t appreciate their names to be on display like that. Therefore we choose to be discrete about it and only share this information in confidential settings.
