In our knits garments factory, our cutting department is run by skilled and experienced professionals. Precise and clean cutting work forms the foundation of well-crafted T-shirts, sweatshirts, and more. Our factory handles a diverse array of products, not limited to T-shirts alone. We also produce sweatshirts, hoodies, tank tops, dresses, jackets, leggings, skirts, and pants. Even styles combining woven and knit fabrics can be seamlessly processed.

At Savvy Garments, we specialize in manufacturing ladies’ wear. Each step of our process is overseen by experienced individuals who understand the demands of international brands and retailers. Ensuring accurate measurements and controlling fabric defects are top priorities. We recognize the importance of producing garments that can be washed without worrying about significant shrinkage.

Prior to cutting, fabrics undergo shrinkage and defect testing. After cutting, the panels are rechecked for defects before they proceed to the sewing workshop.

Our workers adhere to international safety standards and wear protective gloves. Our hardware undergoes regular checks and adjustments for both safety and efficiency.

Fabric is cut in layers to ensure consistent panel shape across the entire batch. This means that the finished products leaving our factory are all crafted to the same measurements.
