Choosing the right fabric for T-shirts is crucial in creating the perfect T-shirt. Just like new designs and styles, there’s a big demand for new and innovative fabrics.

We’re lucky to be in an area where fabric innovation is always happening. Our office is close to Keqiao textile city and not far from most fabric making places in Jiangsu. We make sure to stay updated by visiting Guangdong province regularly and attending important trade fairs.

We can usually provide almost any fabric request for brands and retailers that can meet the normal order quantity. If you have a bigger budget, we can also bring in fabrics from Korea, Taiwan, or Japan.

Chinese fabrics are getting better and more stylish every year, and the prices are still competitive.

Before manufacturing T-shirts, we test the fabrics thoroughly. We check for things like how strong the seams are, if the colors bleed, how well they stay colorful, if they start pilling, and if they shrink. If we’re unsure, we also check for any harmful materials. Some tests we do in our own place with our equipment, and for others, we get help from professional labs.

The fabrics you see in the pictures are called burn-out fabrics. They’re great for T-shirts, skirts, sweatshirts, and dresses. Burn-out is a special way of making fabric. By washing it in a certain way, we remove some parts of the fabric to create a pattern. We can do this with different fabric blends like cotton/polyester or rayon/polyester. We can even do it with special blends for a unique look. We have many patterns to choose from, and we’re always adding new ones. If you have your own pattern, we can make T-shirt fabrics with that too, but there’s a minimum amount we need to do that.
