Located strategically in Hangzhou, we have easy access to the major fabric development hubs in Zhejiang and Jiangsu, with the world’s largest textile producing zones in Shoaxing just an hour’s drive away.

When manufacturing in Zhejiang and Jiangsu, fabric mills are conveniently within a two-hour reach from our garment factories. We source fabrics from the suppliers’ vast libraries or customize them based on your specific examples.

To ensure top-notch quality, all fabrics undergo meticulous inspection by our professional fabric QC’s before they are shipped to the garment factories. At Savvy Garments, we prioritize flexibility and precision in fabric sourcing to meet your unique requirements.

Our woven fabrics are carefully sourced from Zhejiang and Jiangsu, offering a wide range of weaving options, including plain weave, satin, twill, dobby, jacquard, oxford, and voile. Our woven garment factory is dedicated to producing garments made of woven fabrics, ensuring exquisite craftsmanship and attention to detail for every piece.

Should you require special weavings, we can accommodate your requests. In such cases, a hand-loom will be created for your approval before proceeding with bulk production, ensuring the desired outcome.

Our knit fabrics primarily come from Zhejiang, with occasional sourcing from Jiangsu and Guangdong. We offer an array of knit options, including single jersey, interlock, double face, piqué, dobby, and jacquard. Garments made of knit fabric will be expertly crafted at our cut & sew knits factory, where our skilled workers specialize in processing materials like single jersey.

We work with various materials for knitted fabrics, such as cotton, polyester, linen, rayon, and more. The weight and yarns can be customized to meet your specific requirements. Rest assured, we never use old stock; everything we use is freshly made. If you have specific material swatches in mind, you can share them with us, and we’ll either find or create the fabric for you.

The options for yarns to create your fabrics are virtually limitless. We have access to an extensive range of materials, including cotton, nylon, polyester, rayon, silk, linen, lyocell, cupro, wool, Eco Vero, modal, and bamboo. Your fabric choices are abundant, and we can cater to your specific preferences and needs.
